Great workshop and very friendly and helpful employees and service. Had a problem with my car during a roadtrip through Italy and they could help me very quickly and easily. Special thanks to Caterina who put in a lot of effort and did all the translating all the time. Highly recommended!

After picking up my new T-Roc on the motorway I immediately noticed that the car had drifted to the right and the steering wheel was rotated heavily to the left while I was proceeding straight. Living far from Salerno I had to go to another VW dealer who solved the problem by doing the convergence which fortunately was under warranty (having driven less than 1000km). Test the cars before delivering them to customers!!! Excellent experience with the very knowledgeable salesman Michele.

Great dealer. However, once I signed the contract and paid for the car in a 20-minute negotiation, I subsequently noticed a palpable… cooling off and disinterest in communications with the sales person. The administration staff, however, partly made up for it with kindness and helpfulness.
